We wanted to thank you for all you did for us in our move here from CAlifornia.  While we know that as a Realtor your job is to sell homes, we found your level of service to be "Over The Top".  While relocating is one of the most stressful times in a person's life, your attention to all the details, big and small, made our move here seamless.  The fact that you provided this kind of service during a time when the real estate market was in a "frenzied state" makes it all that much more amazing.  I know after looking at 35 houses you must have thought I was going to be impossible to please, but your system of having me tell you the pros and cons of each house we looked at, led us to buying what we describe to our friends as our "dream house".

Listens to Your Wants/Needs

 Ernie listens to the client and asks pertinent questions.  Once he has zeroed in on exactly what the client is looking for, he shows only the homes that fit the bill so he doesn't waste your time or his.  Upon showing the homes he soon learns what you want the home to feel like and what features you are looking for.  Ernie has been in Phoenix for over 25 years and he really knows the different neighborhoods and makes great recommendations.  He knows the market and helps make an educated suggestion for the amount to offer.  Ernie keeps track of all the paperwork and has a notebook for the client about thier purchase.  This notebook has been very valuable once the home is purchased.  He knows efficient mortgage people.

My husband, my mother and myself have all bought homes and sold one home with Ernie.  He did a fabulous job each time!  You will have a great experience with Ernie.
