P       Known pre-existing conditions, Mold or Mildew problems, Items that were improperly installed, cosmetic defects, inadequate capacity, previous or attempted repair, missing parts, secondary damage, service involving hazardous or toxic materials (i.e. asbestos), general maintenance.
